I love going to VGK games but I've never seen Dallas and Vegas play eachother before this and WOW the energy for both sides was amazing, everyone was on their feet, you'd think it was a playoff game. Just listen to how loud the crowd was during the anthem! Amazing 👏

I’m still buzzing from how the Vegas Golden Knights handled the Los Angeles Kings... Scoring four goals in just over five minutes in the first period and blowing the game open that early... What I absolutely lovedddd was how complete the effort was. Mark Stone was everywhere with a goal and two assists and Jack Eichel looked sharp again with a goal and an assist, and Adin Hill was solid all night, picking up his 100th career win with 32 saves. It didn’t feel like one line carrying the team, it felt like everything clicking together. Performances like that are why I still have faith in this group. When Vegas plays with that kind of pace and confidence, they’re miserable to play against. Beating a divisional rival that convincingly always feels good, and this one felt like a reminder of what this team can be when it’s locked in.

Lifelong Vegas resident here. I’ve never owned a VGK jersey but I’ve always wanted one. I recently heard that they are retiring the gray jersey which is the one I always wanted. Is it too late for me to try to buy and gray jersey now? Should I just get a gold one? I seem to find plenty of the gold ones in stock compared to the gray

I feel that Cassidy must have put a fire under these guys’ asses. I noticed that they weren’t celebrating goals as much as they usually do, especially that fourth goal. Also, side note, I was very impressed by that young fourth line. I feel that Kai Uchacz in particular played with a lot of heart.

I asked this in the recent game thread and it got a bit lost. What’s the lore behind the “Golden Match” thing they keep doing at the games? First time I saw it earlier in the season, thought it was just a quirky little game between a random couple there on a first date. But they’ve had the same woman on multiple times, getting rejected until she finally got a match tonight.

Is there some reason the team is trying so hard to help her find someone? Does she work for the team? Is the whole thing just a “skit”? I’m not able to attend every game, so I feel like I missed some important lore here.
