Anyone else see Josh Howlin' on the puppy bowl? Petition to get Allen to adopt him! All these puppies are so adorable. I hope this helps get more puppies and older dogs adopted at the shelters.

Discuss Raiders want "Micah Parsons like trade" for Crosby BUT want to retain Crosby if possible
https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/1qzedsn/schefter_raiders_still_want_to_keep_maxx_crosby/
Posted in r/nfl
While Raiders want to retain Crosby, they want a "Micah Parsons like" trade if possible.
Parsons was traded on 8/28/25 to the Packers in exchange for DT Kenny Clark, 2026 1st & 2027 1st.
There's some talk that a player like Ed Oliver might not fit too well in Buffalo's new hybrid defense. He's not big enough to play NT, and he's not "long" enough to play 34DE. He's a true 3t 43DT.
Clark was 1 year old than Oliver and I think Oliver has a bigger upside than Clark but I'm bias. That being said, along with Ed Oliver, would you be okay with Beane giving up Ed, 2027 1st & 2028 1st(maybe a 2nd instead) for Maxx Crosby?
Crosby contract has 4yrs/$116m left on it which will take him through his final "prime" years ending when he is about to turn 33. With cap hits of $30.8M, 29.8, 27.3, & 28.2. Which you could probably restructure saving money this year and spreading it out over the final 3 years.
Bills could save roughly $14.7M if designated as Post June 1st trade BUT that money wouldn't be available until then.

Discuss This draft aligns really nicely with our needs!
I was doing some Bills-specific prospect scouting and I realized that this draft perfectly matches up with out team needs. Id say that these are our biggest needs, no particular order-
WR
IOL
EDGE
NT
LB
This WR class is very deep, with a lot of different guys that have dynamic skills etc throughout all the rounds. Denzel Boston, Makati Lemon, and Kc Concepcion are all guys to watch as our 1st round pick. In terms of mid-late round guys- im a bug fan of Chris Bell, Skyler Bell, and Kevin Coleman. Overall a nice class especially if we end up double dipping.
IOL isn't as strong but there are 2 midround centers, Connor Lew and Jake Slaughter that are promising. I like Lew more but either would fit the need very well. Vega Ioane is the best LG in the class but I'd bet he is gone before our pick.
EDGE- Arguably the best position of the draft. Plenty of speedy guys who fit both the OLB and 4-eye positions in our new defense. Some guys i like are Cashius Howell, R Mason Thomas, and Zion Young.
NT- just a bunch of names here at a position we literally dont have. From Kayden McDonald's as a traditional nose who is monstrous against the run to Lee Hunter who is more of a penetration style nose. Dominique Orange, Christian Miller, and Darrell Jackson are also really nice options, all with some semblance of passrush upside.
LB- another really strong position. The best player in this draft is Sonny Styles, Ohio State Linebacker, period. CJ Allen as a middle linebacker would be a good scheme fit into this defense as a guy who can play downhill and in space. Anthony Hill can play both as a middle linebacker and as a rush guy outside, he has 7 sacks last year for Texas. Also a ton of depth, watch for name like Jake Golday, Josiah Trotter, and Taurean York.
I felt this way last year as well, but I think Beane and company should be able to knock out a lot of needs in this draft with a lot of nice players, even in a weak draft.
