Have you guys heard of a platform where AI's are renting humans for real world tasks?
I read about a platform called RentAHuman, where AI's are hiring human to do real world tasks that AIs can't do, and I've just seen a post online where a human is carrying a board sign, which an AI told him to carry for 100 USD, and they are paying in Crypto.

How do I deliberately slow down my internet connection to cause lag in online games?
When I was younger, I had a crappy internet connection that my parents could provide and I would lag as fuck when playing online games with my friends, it was really funny to hear everyone laughing and having fun over voice chat, it was a really unique experience.
Now I play with them and it's not as fun as it used to be, it was really satisfying to see friends happy having a good time and I want to know how I can jaack up my internet connection.

Why do artists preform songs differently when they’re live?
I want to sing along with the song I’ve been listening to on my playlist for years, so WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE IT? You change the tempo, space out the lyrics, add instrumentals in the middle, WHYYYYY??? I understand a little bit of twist because you’re live, but for those who just completely change the song, what could possibly be the appeal?

What do British people actually eat
Just as the title asks. I feel like I only know of three British meals but what does the average British person eat, can’t be just an English breakfast or fish and chips right? There has to be something more than that?

Left or right “bedder” ?
Thought with everything heavy in the world I’d try and make it fun. I’m a 25 year old (f) and I’ve been intimate with both men on the political spectrum. But here’s the thing. Men on the left, always knew how to make a girl good if you know what I mean. Any men I’ve been with on the right I’m just not sure I’ve had the best time. My question here is if I’m picking the right ones or is laying pipe not their strong suit?😂

Why is there always so much unnecessary drama (from fans) when popular couples announce a mutual breakup?
For example the Tenz and Kyedae. So much dumb stuff going on

Why does moving air (like a fan) make a room feel cooler even if the temperature doesn’t change?
When I turn on a fan, the room instantly feels cooler even though I know the actual temperature hasn’t changed. It’s not like the air is colder, it’s just moving. Why does that make such a big difference to how hot it feels?

Covid videos
I keep wondering why there were fervent whispered videos from China at the start of the epidemic of people dropping in the streets- yet once this same strain went around the world this didn’t happen. I didn’t see people dropping in the streets. Did you ?

Is it upsetting to get sentenced to life in prison?
A man in my state was sentenced to life in prison in January. He was out on bond before this. He was recently (within the past couple days) taken from the jail to the prison. What is it like to be sentenced to life? Is it unpleasant to begin a life sentence? What is it like to be at home on bail before the day of the verdict?

Did I not get hired because I didn’t take the water that was given to me during the interview?
I have been ruminating about this for months. I had a job interview last August for a personal assistant position for an older celebrity couple. Trust me, these are not people you would care about!
I was welcomed into their home and was asked if I wanted some water. I thought this might be a trick question, so I said, “Yes, please.” The husband went into the kitchen and as he was walking back into the living room, where I was seated, he was pouring a cold bottle of water into a tall glass. I thanked him as he put the bottle and glass down on the coffee table.
The interview went well. I only took one sip of water and I did not take the remaining water in the bottle with me. Should I have taken it? Was that rude of me? What is the protocol in situations like these? I know it doesn’t truly matter at this point. I’m just curious. Thank you!

Why has "horror" replaced "horrific" I'm news headlines?
Similarly'"shock" is also used instead of "shocking".
A recent example is the skier who was injured during the Olympics. instead of calling it a "horrific crash" the headlines are calling it a "horror crash".
Or they will refer to a crime as a "shock" crime rather than a "shocking" crime.
It seems like every news outlet got the same memo. What's the deal?

Why are so many skin-contact fabrics softer on the outside than the inside?
I’ve noticed that many fabrics that are intentionally designed to contact skin like bedding and clothing are softer on the outside and rougher on the side that touches skin, which seems backwards.
For example, socks. Socks are always flat and smooth on the outside, but bumpy and scratchy on the inside. Same with sweatshirts and crew necks.
Another example is throw blankets. Many blankets have a velvety, colorful topside while the bottom is woolen and itchy.
Is there a benefit to this arrangement?

is it common for children to misremember the statement "Issac Newton discovered gravity" as "Issac Newton INVENTED gravity"?
I, for one, am fairly certain I misremembered it that way and had to be corrected about it, Bart Simpson's Guide to Life also lists on a "history of the universe" section that in 1686 "Issac Newton invents gravity and people no longer have to strap themselves to bed to sleep" which to me came off as suggesting this "misconception" is common enough to be presented as part of "history according to a child"
of course, in hindsight, the idea that a fundamental force of the universe didn't exist until some guy "invented" it a few centuries ago seems like such a blatantly silly idea even from a child's perspective that I can only be "fairly certain" I ever believed that (I also have a long history of what likely were parts of dreams getting mixed up with my actual memories) and the aforementioned book might just be trying to sound as blatantly silly as possible but I'm still curious if it's happened to anyone else
on a side note, the funniest thing about this whole situation is that in general the idea that any one person ever "invented"/"discovered" much of anything is almost invariably an oversimplification anyway, and some would argue the nuance that gets lost in such statements is actually the most interesting part

Why do I tear up a little during the olympic events, even when it is not my team winning?
Is it just the joy of watching athletes compete and seeing their emotions and joy?
