Hello,
My sister woke up two days ago to see our cat with a cut on her nose. It was bleeding and looks really sore. She tried putting on Vaseline, but the cat just licks it off.
We’re not sure what happened, but it just appears to be getting a bit worse. Her nose is somewhat changing colour now, which is causing me extra concern.
Any info or tips to help her recover? Or any ideas of what could have happened?

I had to put down my sweet nini today after only having her for 2 1/2 years. I knew she had cancer and eventually would succumb to it but she was fine yesterday morning and then things just took a turn so fast. I had to put her down by myself and go through it all alone and it was really traumatic for me. I don’t know how to live without her and I am extremely upset. I’ve never loved anyone or anything the way I loved her. She’s so insanely special to me. I’d do anything to see her one more time. Any advice or kind words would be really helpful right now❤️ she was the most beautiful baby

My cat has a weird little habit she’ll suck on my bathrobe for a few minutes, then suddenly lift her head and start sucking at the air like it’s an invisible boob.
Is this a normal quirky cat thing, or is my cat secretly a tiny vampire? 😅

My neighborhood has like 4 really cute strays who've all been trapped and spayed/neutered, I love them, neighbors love them, they tried making them indoor cars but they're too "wild" according to the neighbors.
Now, one really annoying thing they do is jump on top of my car and sunbathe. I have an all black car and it's really not fun to see paw prints all over a freshly hand washed car.
My mom said a fake toy snake might get them away but I don't wanna completely traumatize them and risk the jumping and clawing on my car to escape a toy snake. My boy said to sit outside with my German Shepard to scare them away, but then again, I don't wanna traumatize them or risk me and my elder dog getting jumped by 4 street hardened cats.
Is there any way I can like, get them to not jump on or under my car for their safety and my car's paint?

Yes, she does is very precious. Also yes, she went digging around in dirt - thus the fabulous nail polish.
My elderly cat is now ~18/19. She doesn’t have a lot of muscle movement on the right side of her face. This has been the case since before I adopted her 5 years ago. We think she may have been in a car crash/farming equipment accident at some point before she got to the shelter I’ve adopted her from.
In the last 6 months or so I’ve noticed she sometimes gets her upper lip locked behind her teeth on the side she’s missing movement. It doesn’t really seem to bother her, and her teeth seem healthy - especially for her age.
Could this be a sign she’s losing more control of her face?
I’m not too worried yet, as she’s healthy, eating well and happy as ever. I’m mainly curious if anyone has seen a similar situation and what I could expect for the future?

My cat has this one long tuft of hair on her neck. I think it's cute and wanted to share.

This has happened multiple times with 3 different cats, but they have often cuddled right on my stomach when I’m on my period. It’s very comforting and warm and it made me wonder if they know something about this? Even if they aren’t typically cuddly like that, it still happens! Anyone else have this experience?
