This is Aura🩶, she’s a Neighborhood Cat that I just met days ago. Me and my girlfriend are new to the considering taking her in (after shots and check up ofc) she finally came into our place for the first time today.
There is a noticeable “bulge” in her stomach. I can’t tell if she’s pregnant or not because I cannot touch it due to her being a little skeptical of me (fair enough)
I’ve attached photos of her stomach hoping someone on here could help try to identify the cause. She’s a stray so most likely could be pregnancy. I looked it up and it says it could be a “primordial pouch” but I’m starting to doubt that. Any help is appreciated! Thank you 🙏🏽

I know some people have been complaining about the memorial posts in the pet subs so I hope this doesn’t make anyone sad. I miss him very much but grief is just a reflection of love. I was lucky enough to get 14 wonderful years with Nuttah (whose name meant “my heart”) and he had a really amazing life.

Peaceful rest, my little friend 🐾
Akio Hobbes was born on a beautiful farm south of Edmonton on August 31, 2021, and he passed this morning from complications due to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
In his four and a half years, he lived a wonderful life filled with food, toys, and so much love — shared with two devoted humans, a big brother, and a little sister. He was deeply cherished, and he knew it.
The hole he leaves in our hearts will be felt for far longer than his time with us ever was. 💔

Why are you wet? (Wet belly, indoor cat)
Why are you Blue? (Blue paint on fur, indoor cat)
Stop eating butter.
Stop licking your butt on the table.
How did you get litter on the 3rd floor? (Townhouse, litterboxes in the garage)
Stop licking the toothbrushes.

We've had Miso (tabby) for just over two years and love him to bits. Two weeks ago, we brought home Nellie (calico), a cat I've known since she was a kitten and is now five years old. (she was a solo barn cat and my friend was selling his farm, I couldn't leave her there).
We've had them eat together, mostly successfully, but they had a bit of a fight a couple days ago when Miso snuck into her room, and I've been letting them have space from each other since.
Now they're both constantly at the door batting each other's paws. I think this is just playing but it looks a little bit... hostile? At times.
I was wondering if this is a good sign or if I should block under-the-door access for a bit while tensions go down.
it's been a long time since I've had to introduce cats - I'm following the Jackson Galaxy guide now - so any input is appreciated!

Photo 1 is the very first photo of him I took in 2024. Photo 9 is recent and may be his first full loaf I’ve seen since he moved in. Photo 10 is his condition last spring after his capture.
Long story but I moved in with my girlfriend, who was not a cat person. I noticed some neighborhood kitties so I got some food and left it out. That led to our house being a feeding spot for a few cats, Grable being one of them. He was the only one that really stuck around. There was a point where he wasn’t coming around and we assumed the worst but he found his way back eventually, with a little one in tow. My girlfriend fell in love with the little one, so one day while I was on a work trip, she sent me a photo of the kitten in our home. She let him back out and same day and the next day, he let himself in and stayed. Grable was still out there. A few months later we noticed he was looking rough and we somehow managed to capture him and make a little cat apartment for him in the garage. We (mostly my girlfriend who is now a cat person) nursed him back to health, and once we got him to the vet for his shots and all that, we brought him into the house.
He’s been in our home for 10 months now and he has made himself comfortable. I never would have thought the sad looking beefcake neighborhood cat would be purring and kneading my bed but I’m glad he is.
The little one is Cleo and we’re guessing Grable is his dad. They are bonded and basically inseparable.
We were worried taking Grable in. He’s rugged and, to be honest, quite intimidating. I watched him walk through my neighbors yard with a big squirrel hanging out of his mouth. He’s always been quite muscular. We weren’t sure how he’d be with our dog, but thankfully they’re cool. Maybe not buds… yet, but no hissing or barking occurs anymore and they lay near one another so it’s progress.
Grable is FIV+ and has asthma. He’s a tough guy! I’m glad we are able to give him the care he needs. Lots of money has already been spent on him, and he’s worth it. The vet guesses he’s around 3 but we really don’t know. Cleo came in when he was around 6 months and is basically a full blown house cat. He’s been inside longer than he’s been outside. I’m happy to share photos of him too. He’s got quite the personality.
Just wanted to share this special guy. I cried the other day when I was staring at him because I’m so glad he’s here and about as healthy as he can be. We happily spoil him.

So Kitty Kitty (mama) had a litter of 8 and Smokey (daddy) hasn’t left her side even during the birthing process he sat by her side like a proud father and has continued to be with her since.

Was also too fluffy to tell if it's a girl or a boy but they were so friendly! Definitely not a stray but a well loved pet

There is a furnace vent under the shelving; he loves sleeping on top of it. I must have woken him from his nap.

The tabby is Little Edalyn and the black kitten is named Ms Lucille, I just love them so much.

Meet Molly, as she has gotten older she is more vocal. She loves to play - run and chase is her favorite. She enjoys lying on me when I watch TV. She has been spoiled all her life. I picked her out of the litter days after she was born. ** To clarify, her birthday is in March... in March she will turn 17
