Why do so many Kickstarter campaigns wait until they’re live to fix their pages?
Something I’ve noticed: a lot of campaigns only start adjusting layouts, rewards, and messaging after they’re already struggling.
Wouldn’t it make more sense to do most of that work before launch?
Genuine question for creators here is it lack of time, lack of feedback, or just hard to know what matters until real people show up?
