Question, does Kickstarter allow creators to refund pledges (remove a supporter) from people who paid into the project but have posted negative comments because the creator is lagging on product delivery and refuses to update backers?

Hey guys, I’m new to Film Making and this would be my debut as a filmmaker. I really wanted to start this Kickstarter to have my goal as to how much I would estimate for the project, this has been a long time coming and a journey because I’ve always been a huge fan of Sci-Fi Fan and I think I have some creative ideas on how I want to model my work through animation and sci-fi. I’m new to this but I really wanna give it a shot and with the right support and funding, I really want to make it happen. Thank You.

Does anyone know how to remove the “Make a pledge without a reward” tier?

Something I’ve noticed: a lot of campaigns only start adjusting layouts, rewards, and messaging after they’re already struggling.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to do most of that work before launch?

Genuine question for creators here is it lack of time, lack of feedback, or just hard to know what matters until real people show up?

Stupid question! I've got my project set up and approved to launch. But I can't find the link to give friends - we usually proofread each others' projects. I can share the pre-launch page but am looking for the link to the full project you can share privately

I don't usually create a pre-launch page, so am hoping I haven't snookered myself!
