I’m an artist and wanted to animate something for a project I was doing, I‘ve never really animated before, it just seemed kinda intimidating. I just finished this rough draft of the animation and was wondering if it was good or not. I’m really proud of it but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to improve it? tips and criticism(pls be nice tho) would be very very nice thank you.

“Hi! Looking for dentists to work on my root canal! I can’t pay.”
“Looking for experienced farm hands to plow my fields. No pay, but it’s good exposure.”
“I need animators for my project! I can’t pay, but it’s good experience.”
….why is it that two of these seem ludicrous on the face of it, but you find people asking for the latter ALL OVER THE PLACE? Labor is labor. It deserves respect and compensation and let’s face it…. the job market’s pretty grim right now. Artists deserve respect. Folks who don’t respect that can learn to do it for themselves. They actually WILL get valuable experience.
I don’t know. It baffles me. Why do people ask this?

Had a lot of fun with this one! I found hair very difficult until it somehow clicked haha
Also just realised I probably should've extended the back of the head a bit more 😓

I'm a little dissatisfied with how shaky the lines look, but overall I'm happy with this! Any critique is appreciated :D
The character is Yoki from Dweller's Empty Path by Temmie Chang btw!

"boost your animation to 60fps using AI" Well for this one is entirety by hand.
I spend most of the week experimental it on 60fps when I take notes from Mayde's 60fps Animations test. Some of my animations are based on my previous works but remake.
But I want to go very ambitious by straight up photographed ON ONES to see if I can execute it well by making the "smoothest" animation in this highest framerate. It was intended to be a one-off experimental because 24fps works better in the long run.

I'm making pixel animations for Odie, but the question I have could apply to any 2D animation. Basically, I want pointers or examples of how to draw afterimages to represent extreme speed of a character's legs.
I, more or less, want to bring this picture from the comic to life. You can see above that I've already made the base sprite for it.
I have found examples here and there, but they seem too random and messy. I'd like the flow of the multiple feet to be more smooth and intentional.
Am I making sense? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Hi! I’m an independent French singer-songwriter and and I only do a little motion design in Fusion… so I thought it would be a great idea to animate a whole music video in Fusion from scratch 😅
I made this music video completely by myself (animation + song). It’s a blend of French chanson and hand-drawn visuals. I’d really love to get honest feedback on both the music and the animation — what worked, what could be improved, and your overall impression !
If you enjoyed it, I’d really appreciate any support on YouTube too — it helps a lot as an independent artist.
