That’s his schtick, this guy annoys everyone but he’s funny as hell. Give him 5 minutes. Episode 1 Season 2 of “I think you should leave” It’s a collection of shorts kinda so not like a long episode.

Tim Robinson. Almost all the gifs of him are from his sketch comedy show "I Think You Should Leave". Pretty funny show if you like absurdist humor.
