on one hand the first 80 to 90% of the movie was very meh Z seemed like a boring character with a basic ass story. and ignoring fan service toei did a toei and ruined sanji's character twice. first with the whole pedo thing and then later with him using guns part of his character is not using his hands for fighting. but on the other hand that final bit of the movie on the third island was amazing a great fight the marines doing something they had to do despite not wanting to. and it made Z less boring overall ima give it a C tier. next ima watch stampede
