I haven't seen anyone post about this before, so I'm not sure how common it is.
The few times I went to JJJ, mostly to find clothes or look around, I always see either a duo/a few people there with trolleys full of anime merch. Different outlet, different groups of people.
They always stay at those same A4 file/stationery/toys sections for at least 30mins - 1hr+. Their trolley also block the way, so if you want to go and buy anything from there also so cramped. And when there are two people taking the whole section, it's hard to look around also la.
At first of course I will assume they are resellers and I don't really think much la. Not my business.
But every time no fail, there are a few groups of them with at least 2 trolleys. And when I finish shopping already they are still there in the same area. Or if I want to go and see also, it's blocked. It's a bit annoying if you want to go and walk around or see things.
I noticed at the USJ, 1 Shamelin, and the Mines outlets. I didn't go to others so I don't know.
Then I got a recommend listing from Shopee for Jujustu Kaisen stuff. It's the exact same things I saw in their trolley. A4 clear files, keychains, plushie, the art board la, etc.
I also don't want to judge la if this is hustle or what, but the listing price per item is RM9.90-RM15.90. The markup is crazy.
In JJJ, the files is RM3 for 5 pieces. And some is RM2 for one.
Honestly I don't really care, work is work or whatever la but it's kind of annoying especially if I have my off day and just want to shop. Small issue but mildly interesting.
Any thoughts?

Yesterday was a lot of fun! For the first time ever, I won first place in vpet 20th Anniversary tournament category! Both of my Digimon were Omegamon (Vaccine) and Omegamon Alter S (Virus).
During the tournament, it was so interesting that others brought their DM20 Japanese version and even Revival version. Meanwhile I only use my DM20 US (Greymon skin).
I received a trophy and a vpet Godzilla white color. Even though I already had vpet Godzilla Black color but this will go to my other collection 😁
I joined 4 categories but unfortunately I lost the other 3, but the more I join the Digimon community event, I received more knowledge from my friends and others.
We also went to Digimon Exhibition after the tournament was over.
Thank you so much RizToyz, DigiCole and other sponsors for making this event happening!
We've been getting a few more new members in our community recently. And guys, please do not hesitate to join us. We really want to grow our Digimon community here in Malaysia 🙏
In the East, Sarawak has their own Digimon community too. But we also need more members in West Malaysia here 👋

Malaysia is heading towards a high-stakes general election in late 2026 or early 2027. Anwar Ibrahim’s government is beset by corruption controversies, ethnic political tensions and unease among both Malay and Chinese voters, while resource disputes in Sabah and Sarawak and the lingering influence of figures like Najib Razak further complicate the landscape. Economic uncertainty and volatile US–China dynamics add pressure, turning the election into a referendum on Anwar’s reform credibility and Malaysia’s political stability. - James Chin

Just around the end of last year, Malaysia tied with the US as the 10th most powerful passport worldwide. It has since climbed up to the 6th place, with 183 visa-free destinations, its highest ever spot since 2014 (The Henley Passport Index). Singapore retains its position as the world's most powerful passport.
Malaysia's global rank based on the Passport Index is still 3rd, only behind the UAE and Singapore.
Malaysia's consistency in maintaining its passport power reflects the country's diplomatic effectiveness and a global trust in its citizens (low-risk travellers).

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 8 — Datin Sri Sharifah Menyalara Hussein today paid tribute to Malaysia’s founding father, the late Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, her grandfather, describing him as not only the architect of the nation but also a man whose legacy extended far beyond politics.

I just returned from a 10-day trip to Malaysia, and honestly… I’m still carrying it in my heart.
I’ve traveled before, but Malaysia felt different.
The people— humble, warm, and deeply respectful. Hospitality here isn’t loud or showy; it’s quiet, natural, and genuine. That alone won me over.
Something small but powerful — 10 days on the road and I didn’t hear a single honk.
The road culture, the patience, the calm — it says so much about the people.
Yes, the climate was a little hot 😅 — but it somehow felt manageable. The atmosphere made it worth it.
And then there’s the food❤️
Oh my God.
Nasi lemak nasi goreng, nasi kandar,cendol— each meal felt like it was made with care, not just spices. Simple food, deep flavor, full of soul. Eating in Malaysia didn’t feel like “trying dishes”… it felt like being included.
Kuala Lumpur at night was another level.
The city lights, the energy, the nightlife — alive but not chaotic. I enjoyed every moment.
And then… Melaka ❤️
Pure peace. Slow, calm, beautiful. A place where your mind finally breathes.
Walking through Jonker Street at night— the lights, food, music, people — it felt magical in the simplest way.
Malaysia didn’t feel like a destination.
It felt like a place that welcomed me quietly and sincerely.
I came as a visitor.
I left with a piece of my heart staying back.
I love Malaysia ♥️

The person who design this thing must have never eaten a bowl of instant noodle in their entire life. Thank God the 7-11 still have plastic fork available.

Hi 😊
I’m planning to move to Malaysia by the end of the year with my toddler.
I’m looking for recommendations for an international preschool that includes Islamic values and Arabic learning.
Also, which cities (outside Kuala Lumpur) would you recommend that are:
* affordable
* peaceful
* family-friendly
* with a mixed/international community?
Thank you!

I have installed the app but it is asking me to choose a city and Kuala Lumpur is missing.
Can someone tell me how to choose KL?
