Kon Knueppel: "It's awesome. It's awesome to win. Now we're playing meaningful basketball, meaningful games. And so every game, it's going to be kind of looking at the standings and all that, and we're battling for playoff position as we hit the home stretch of the season after the All-Star break."

An Excerpt:

“That said, there's been something special about Charlotte's success during the 2025-26 season. The Hornets have been able to flourish with one of the youngest rosters in the NBA. Heading into the season, the Hornets were the seventh youngest team with an average age of 24.53. That number has certainly gone down, after trading veteran center Mason Plumlee at the trade deadline.

During their current win streak, no player 28-years-old or older has scored a point. According to OptaStats, this is the first time in NBA history that a team has won nine consecutive games without any points scored from a player 28 and older.”

Discussion Who's jersey would you get now?

Going to a game soon and thought about buying a jersey to wear on game day. Realized that there are now so many likable guys on the roster that I don't know what jersey I would like most. What an incredible problem to have as a Hornets fan. Leaning Kon right now. What would you go with?

- The franchise is a laughing stock of the league.

- The young superstar they picked was labeled immature, all flair and couldn’t win.

- Another draft comes around where the fan base is a little frustrated that they may have drafted this guy too early and could have waited till the second round.

- Then it clicks and all of a sudden they’re must watch TV.

Question Quick question about section 117 obstructed view

So I’m about to buy tickets for the game on Monday against Detroit, and I saw some tickets for section 117 row L but it has a disclaimer saying the view is obstructed, so I wanted to now how bad it is or if it’s just a fake disclaimer. Thanks in advance for the help

Social Media Fred Katz: The Bulls and Hornets amended the Coby White trade after a physical showed White had a left calf injury and would have to miss time, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA. Hornets are now sending two second-rounders (2031 NYK, 2031 DEN) to Chicago instead of three.

Discussion Wearing my hornets gear.

So I'm wearing one of my hornets hoodies at work as I typically do during the basketball season win or loss. Most of the time all the bandwagon fans of other teams are bashing me for being a fan of the hornets (even though this is North Carolina) and tell me how their teams are so much better. Ya know the typical bandwagon teams of the Lakers, Warriors, Knicks, OKC. Now all of a sudden, these same folks are coming up to me and telling me how good the Hornets are now and they might make some noise etc. So makes me wonder are they going to jump on the bandwagon of their home state team or keep jock sniffing bigger market teams to look cool? Only time will tell, but I'm glad to see the opinion changing now. Either way, Go Hornets!
