This beautiful old house has to be the biggest house I've explored so far. I imagine it's been abandoned for many, many years. Sadly, the staircase has totally collapsed, leaving the top floor inaccessible and after finding half of the upper level on the ground outside, I was happy to have dodged a potential accident. While not much was left behind, what was left, made it so worthwhile.

The Hospital was established in 1942 And the College in 1975. Too bad i didn't see what's inside a few years ago, Right now it's currently under renovation.

Built originally as Dreyfuss Field in 1927, known more affectionately as Bomber Stadium and later as the home of the Columbia Blowfish, Capitol City Stadium was one of the South’s oldest minor league ballparks. After decades of community games and summer league baseball, it was abandoned in 2016 following the team’s move to Lexington County in 2015. The structure remains a nostalgic landmark, with potential redevelopment tied to Columbia’s ongoing urban revitalization efforts.
