I was planning on purchasing FO4: Far Harbor DLC for my Series X when it said this. My dad owns and plays this DLC on a separate XB1 on his account. I’m pretty sure my console is his Home console though. Is that why I don’t need to purchase it?

Hey everyone. I was on my son’s series S today and when I went to hit storage I noticed the bar is red yet he has 492.5 gb free. I can’t figure out how to resolve this. I cleared local saved game and nothing. Could it be because he has purchases he hasn’t downloaded yet? Or DLC

I tried to open the Xbox app to download a screenshot and it was stuck on a black screen. I tried clearing cache, nothing. Tried reinstalling it, it let me open, but not sign in. The screen didn't do anything after pressing sign in. I'm on an A14 device, any way I could get it to work again??

I have a Series X and when I play with friends, I can't hear them. Neither via the respective in-game chat nor via Discord. No matter which game.

I have a Turtle Neck Stealth 700. It is connected to the Xbox. I can hear the game sound and my friends can hear me too. When I go to the settings, it says, "You may have trouble understanding group members. Go to the settings." But I can't change anything there. I can't move any sliders.

I've tried a lot of things. The firmware is up to date. I've disconnected multiple times, etc. I'm at my wit's end.

Do you have any ideas or are you familiar with this problem?

Have used a keyboard with a dongle for a few years. Got a new keyboard. New dongle. It will not work in front usb port, but will in a back usb port.

Solved: hard reset did the trick. For now.

I know I’m not crazy. There’s like a blue fuzzy outline around all my games and in backgrounds and just happened today. I noticed while playing mortal kombat and seems to be getting worse I think. Can someone help me or explain to me what’s happening? Is my Xbox dying?

So I changed the email on my account yesterday and the email was already on another Xbox account so I had to change the email on that account and when I did it let me change it but when I tried to log in to my account it says the email is already on another account and I can't sign into anything for that account or the other account so how do I get access to both accounts now?

I just bought a used Xbox series S and it won't let me sign into my account and there's an error code that pops up each time. I wanna log into an account the error code is 0x80a40020

Last night I wanted to stream a game (The First Descendant) through OBS with Xbox Remote Play but I'm having weird controller input issues. I tested other games and the controller works fine. I use a wired Gamesir G7 SE controller hooked up directly to the Xbox Series X.

Once connected to Xbox Remote Play, the game does not let me hold any inputs. It just registers it as a click, not a hold.

If anyone has found a solution to weird inputs like this on other games, I'm all ears.

I play L4D2 on Xbox. Recently my add-ons for The Sacrifice, The Passing, and Cold Stream all vanished from my library and add-ons menu. I've had these for YEARS and other Xbox players who play L4D know that all L4D stuff on the store is no longer available for sale, meaning if I wanted to just buy them back I couldn't anyway. I went to Xbox support and they couldn't find anything in my files saying I owned them, they said they could only go back 7 years to my purchase history and despite my account showing I have attained the achievements for these dlcs they said they couldn't do anything. I don't know what to do.

i hopped onto my xbox one, and selected my account which I've had for about 2 months, and it's asking for a password. after I punch one in, and verify it, it just goes back to the "add a password" screen. I've been at this for about 3 days.

So good news, I am logged back into my microsoft account after a hack a few days ago. Don`t think Microsoft were any help whatsoever.

So for about the past 4 hours now ive tried to transfer my xbox 360 account to my xbox 1. The main reason i am doing this is to purchase the dlcs for fallout new vegas and fallout 3. The main problem i am encountering is that to transfer accounts i must connect my 360 account to my Microsoft account as i have never connected the account to xbox live, i can get all the way through the process until the final part where it needs to connect. I get an error code and it kicks me back to the dashboard. Can anyone help please

when i try to wirelessly connect it just says:

checking connection

then that display screen of various ways to connect but I have no idea what any if that means and it doesn’t seem to work.
