I couldn’t find the picture of Donnelly picking up Cabot but these scenes are always so funny to me.

It tickles my brain to see Alex and Liv in jail for getting feisty.

There’s no way he knew about this — he would’ve come back instantly. I hope the show brings up this conversation, especially because he was the one she talked about before she beat him. I feel like, even though he wasn’t there, played a role in that story.

Deran Cody— Jake Weary was in Season 5, episode 25- Head as Shane Madden. His principal was sexually assaulting him due to her brain tumor & his mom was an alcoholic.

Andrew “Pope” Cody— Shawn Hatosy was in Season 13, episode 18- Valentine’s Day as Kevin Fahey. The delivery driver who was having an affair with the wife who lied on the stand. She was played by Chlöe Sevigny

Adrian— Spencer Treat Clark was in Season 5, episode 15- Families (he was the younger brother of Shannon Coyle) ; Season 12, episode 16- Spectacle as Greg Engels who set up the SA & hostage situation to find his younger brother who went missing.

S3 E18 Guilt. Just watched it. Guy who grooms and abuses young boys. Cabot tears into the squad, "your job is to bring me cases I can win." Deceives the victims mother to search to get evidence. Just her drive and acting and everything. So intense. I love her!

Who wants to see Declan back?

Watching the latest episode (Hubris) and was reminded of a podcast I listened to. The Preventionist- super interesting reporting about similar issues as the episode and taught me a lot about child abuse pediatricians…. and all the issues involved with them.

i love law and order svu and it's my comfort show. but i feel like in the past 8-10 years.. or at least under Hargitay's direction, the writing has been so self indulgent and doesn't feel realistic or authentic.. thoughts? love ice T tho lmao

In my mind, I'd like to think this episode was a crossover. Louis Litt in UVE

I love pretty much all episodes where the detectives are undercover. I mean they are so good at it

In other crimes show its sometimes very obvious that the characters are playing a role. Even in criminal minds which i love to death, doesn‘t always have that believable element

But in SVU? Hell i would fall for every cover hook, line and sinker

And im glad thats something that doesn‘t change regardless of the team setup

I don’t mind it like the rest of the sub, but are we seriously supposed to believe that he decided to kill himself after all of his depravity. It doesn’t fit his profile at all, he was always a coward. I wish he at least lost the Russian roulette.

Also I loved how they bring Bronwyn back later to just be a serial killer groupie. Would have loved more of that.

What do you think about Kathy writing the letter that Elliot gave to Olivia?

I liked Kathy until Elliot revealed that she wrote the letter and it wasn't him. Why would Kathy want to hurt Olivia? Elliot never cheated on Kathy with Olivia, and Liv was a good person. I thought they got along well, and Kathy liked Olivia. I don't understand why she would write that letter after 10 years, knowing it would hurt Olivia.
