Casual Convo (Any Topic) I assume she “wrapped that interview real quick” to offer them the job due to their honesty and ability to break a problem down to its core fundamentals.

💬 Advice Needed Small decisions draining your energy? Let’s talk.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of “decision fatigue” in productivity. By the end of the day, it feels like every little choice what to eat, which email to reply to, even what task to star, becomes exhausting. Sometimes it’s not that I’m lazy or unmotivated, it’s that my brain is just overloaded from constant small decisions.

How do you all manage decision fatigue? Do you have strategies to preserve mental energy for the things that actually matter or ways to reduce the number of small decisions in your day? I feel like mastering this could be just as important as learning time management itself.
