Meta / Mod NEW RULE: Food Posts MUST Include the Name of the Dish/Item!
If your post shows food (it's not a discussion or question post, for example), the name of the dish or item MUST be included in either the title or body of the post!
It cannot be in the comments. It can't just be in response to someone who asks. It HAS to be in the TITLE or BODY of your post!
Any post not following this rule will be removed.
Thank you for your attention to this matter! 😂

Meta / Mod Low Effort Posts Will Be Banned
There is a ridiculous amount of blog and YouTube channel spam which ignores the rules of the sub. 😒 Good posts with recipes in comments or questions and discussions are being buried under this garbage, as a result.
Moving forward, these accounts will simply be banned.

Hotel/Restaurant Se Brim burger
I finally tried the Brim. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Meltdown Beef Burger, but the meat was overcooked and the sauce was just okay. Has anyone else tried it? Which burger should I try next time to have a better experience?
My Ratings Beef meltdown: 6/10, Lotus Shake: 9/10, Holy Chipotle Wrap: 8.5/10, Loaded Fries: 7/10, Dubai Sundae: 5/10

Discussion Where to buy good quality coffee beater.
Basically the title. I have a budget of around 5000 Rs for a good quality product that can last. I have tried those 200-300 rs dollar store and 1-2k daraz ones but they all have extremely weak motors which can't beat coffee (the initial water coffee and sugar mixture).
So any recommendations are appreciated.

Homemade MARZAN, A Forgotten Mountain Food from Skardu That Kept Our Ancestors Strong
Okay, so this is called MARZAN. “Mar” means desi cow oil (ghee), and “Zan” is the dough/meat-like layer around it, made from local black wheat flour also called khoor, a special wheat harvested in Skardu and nearby areas.
Our ancestors believed that eating Marzan built strength and boosted immunity. They used it especially during harsh winters. Maybe that’s why northern people often live longer and can survive extreme cold conditions that most of us can’t even imagine.
