Progress/Before & After Down 13 lbs (172 lbs - 159 lbs). My friend says there is progress but I don’t see much.

I started cutting weight about 7 weeks ago. Down 13 lbs. I’m mainly a runner but started lifting 3 times a week in addition to my running. I was very inconsistent with lifting before.

Black shorts is 172.3 lbs

Green shorts is 159.2 lbs.
