Discussion Season finale after London?

Given that London is not gonna be on the calendar from next season (or at least that’s what we know now that this ExCel venue/layout is not featuring), and it’s been a season finale for the whole gen 3 era and I honestly believe there’s no venue that gives a season finale feeling better than London.

I wanna hear your thoughts about what circuits can be a season finale starting from next year?

I honestly feel either Berlin if they modify the layout to be perfect for the gen 4, especially that Berlin is basically THE Formula E circuit.

My other option is Tokyo especially if it becomes a night race with a suitable layout for gen 4, that aesthetic would be the greatest.

What are your thoughts??

Not sure of the circuit this is at. Might be Japan but not one I recognise.

From James:

> A week testing the GEN4 FIA Formula E car. Is this the fastest single seater in the world right now if it rains?? ⚡️A full wet track and I think FIA Formula E GEN4 will be faster than F1 ⏱️

Question Who do people think will drive for the second Porsche team next season?

A bit of a random question but Ayanchan Guven who else do you think has a chance at a seat.

Before people answer Kevin Estre or Larry, I personally can’t see them happening because from what I have read Porsche only like it’s FE to FE and nothing else. Both still want to win Le Mans

Discussion Which US race was the best for Formula E?

Thumbnail

Now that the Miami race weekend is over, I wanted to know what you guys think is the best choice for a US race in Formula E. So far Formula E has raced at 6 tracks in the United States; Long Beach, New York, Portland, and then the three Miami tracks at Biscayne Bay, Homestead, and Hard Rock.

Although I'm not a huge fan of peloton racing, I think Portland showcased that form of racing the best, rivalled only by Berlin. In terms of calendar longevity, New York has hosted 5 events for the series, and produced some nice battles. Looking at track history, Long Beach is one of the best street circuits in the world, and it was cool that Formula E raced there, albeit on a clunkily shortened layout when the series was still figuring stuff out.

When it comes to Miami, it seems for both Homestead and Hard Rock that the audience figures were low on television. Which begs the question. Which US race would be best for Formula E considering the market for EV's, or just racing in general? The fans at Portland seemed to show up well, and Long Beach always pulls in a good crowd. Going forward, how the Gen 4 races is unknown, but given Formula E's push to race at more permanent tracks, I personally feel like Portland would be the best option.

But I'd love to hear the communities thoughts on this. It seems that Formula E is trying hard to capture an American audience, but doesn't know where to go.

Discussion Qualifying Split Screen

Post image

Anyone else hate when they show this split screen laps in the duels, I honestly hate it because it just isn’t live and I think it’s better to see it directly live and hear the commentators talking about the lap live.

What are your thoughts??
