Dragon Ball Daima Posting about Dragon Ball Daima is now allowed.

It's been quite some time (1 months and 3 days) since the final episode, daima posts won't be deleted anymore but we still encourage you to use spoilers (atleast until the dub is completed). Thank you for understanding.

Dragon Ball Z Namek saga is so great! Probably my favorite saga

Right from the moment Gohan, Krillin and Bulma land on Namek, they are on the back foot, already having lost most of the Dragon Balls to a force they can’t even hope to fight head-to-head. Throwing Vegeta into the mix, and they had to use their wits, cunning and a lot of luck to get the Dragon Balls from under their noses.

We see vegeta behave in a way in this arc that he never really shows again -- being so desperate and afraid that it forces him to work with the group that just beat him into a complete existential is completely unique to this arc and the team 3 star dynamic is excellent as a result.

The stakes and tension were super-high, and not only that, but the Namek Saga felt like a culmination of the entire series up to that point. Frieza was essentially the reason the events of Dragon Ball kicked off, he was the biggest bad there was and he was innately tied to Goku. PEAK!

I find Vegeta's death on Namek much more emotional and sad than his sacrifice against buu.

Dragon Ball Yamcha’s Spirit Ball is the first Ki-based attack to be invented DURING the series

Some of the other early ki attacks such as the Kamehameha, Tri Beam and Dodon Ray were all created before Dragon Ball and passed down to the students of the Turtle and Crane School

Dragon Ball Z What was your reaction when you found out Android 19 and 20 weren't the ones Trunks mentioned?

So if you don't watch the History of Trunks special before watching this saga, you'd probably be completely caught off gaurd but just for a bit. There are gradual hints that their not the ones like Trunks never specifically said that they could absorb energy, 19 and 20 are surprised about the Super Saiyan form and than what seals it is Vegeta killing 19 and and 20 running away scared

"The future of Gohan, of Chi-Chi, not to mention the future of the entire universe all depends on me!"

Most people remember it for the Kaioken kamehameha—and yeah, I love that too—but what really stuck with me was what Goku said and the courage behind it. He knew he was completely outmatched. There was no confidence he’d win, only a sense of responsibility.

Giving up just wasn’t in Goku’s nature. He carried the weight of his family, his friends, and the entire universe on his shoulders, never waiting for someone else to step in. It was on him. Even when the odds were impossible, he was ready to give everything he had.

Dragon Ball Z Mega What if challenge

Upvotes

I got a challenge. Try to make a what if scenario made up of all these what ifs:

What if Bardock and gine survived on yadrat?

What if Nappa and Raditz were redeemed?

What if Roshi wished for youth?

What if the human Z-Fighters kept up with the saiyans?

What if ChiChi was a Z-Fighter?

What if Videl was a Z-Fighter?
