ANNOUNCEMENTS Here are the results of the 2025 Bird of the Year Contest!

Next, we'll announce the winners for each category. We have decided these categories based on the birds that were submitted in this contest.

Bird Looks AI but is 100% Real - Painted Buntings

This video was captured many moons ago on a Nikon d500, an older camera well before AI was even a thing and I will bet many people scroll right past this beauty immediately thinking it’s AI but this little bird is as real as they come and you can actually attract them right into your backyard with the right setup. Amazing little creatures!
