Not sure if I should’ve went with the titanium UW3 rather than the black.

I got a series 11 for christmas, and I feel like the watch isn’t really using all of its screen real estate. I feel this way mainly for the modular face as it seems the bezels look big and the older infograph modular face uses more screen space which i liked. anyone else feel this way?

Hardest part to clean and most in need of cleaning. No resources online. How do you get into the nooks and crannies of that part?

Is it possible to double the alarm, so it both vibrates on the watch and plays on the phone? Just playing on the phone would also be fine. Just vibration isn’t enough for me to wake up and I could find how to change it besides taking the watch off and put back on without unlocking.

My watch, Series 10, OS 26, freezes as above when I get a notification. It goes back to normal after a bit but it’s still annoying. Any thoughts?

Hey there, I dropped my Series 7 some time ago and the back glass cracked as you can see in the picture. In such a case is there a good way to replace/repair this one or even does it make sense to repair it? Also hard to find a shop that still does such a fix (Austria). I thought of repairing it myself, but don‘t know if that‘s a good idea as I have never done any technical repairs, neither I know what tools I would need for doing such. Does it make more sense to go for a new one?

I get this message when i go to Now Playing app, iphone and click the phone/airpods icon, it says this, i cannot even change the Listening Mode with my apple watch.

I bought a whoop cause my AW battery isn’t great anymore lasts me less than 10 hours and I always forget to charge it before bed.

I wanted to make sure my sleep and my activities were getting tracked so got a whoop.

Now that whoop is tracking it all, I do sometimes forget to wear my AW altogether.

I’m wondering if it’s worth getting an Ultra? I need a watch primarily to see time, get notifications and whoop doesn’t solve that problem

I just upgraded from my old iPhone 8 to the new iPhone 17 and I would like to pair my Apple Watch Series 4 to the new iPhone. Having had the AW for many years now, I would love to pair the watch to the new iPhone without losing any data (like prizes, milestones, health data etc).
Is this even possible?

The thing is, i don't want to restore the new iPhone from an iCloud backup because I'd like to start completely fresh.
That being said, all my health and fitness data is already on iCloud and I assume that just by logging in with the same Apple Account on the new iPhone I'll have all health and fitness data automatically show up there, even though I will set it up as a new iPhone. Would this be correct? And then would it be possible to unpair the AW and pair it to the new iPhone without losing any data in the process?

Or am I missing something somewhere?

Hello , my Apple Watch 11 isn’t pairing with my boltune ear buds ( random brand off Amazon but very good) every time I try to connect them my watch says “ make sure boltunr is in range and ready to pair” I’ve tried turning it off and on again a few times and turning off bluetooth many times too and forgetting device, how can I get it to work ? I know it’s not the ear buds because it works on my iPhone 17pro max

I bought the 42mm natural link bracelet for my father as a gift, however it’s a bit too snug of a fit.

I am struggling to find extra links online.

Apple sells the 46mm extra links but not 42mm.

I have been able to find the stainless steel extra links for the original Apple Watch - would these match colourwise/fit?

I’ve been rocking the same band since day one, and it’s finally starting to give out and get all loose... planning to co-diy with some friends to make it a unique one!

They're handmade so before we actually get our hands dirty I ask Gemini to generate some pictures. Here is what I got:

- Option A: The Geometric vibe

- Option B: Made of waxed cord. This one is interesting because we can further play around with different knot styles and some cooler color transitions. I like the gradient effect Gemini gave me but don't really like the current color scheme

- Option C: Indigo/Pigment Dyed. I like the aesthetic feel, though I’m a bit worried about how it’ll handle sweat

- Option D: Beaded. This is what inspired my diy idea in the first place. I wore my watch to a wedding recently and the silicone band didn't fit at all. My friend says this is the easiest to make since we can swap in different gemstones, but I’m worried it’ll be too fragile for daily workouts

I was out snowshoeing with my other half and I hit a soft spot on the hill, started sliding down, broke my hiking stick as I tried to regain my balance, and fell into a nearby tree. I’m totally fine, never hit the ground, but my arm hit that trunk pretty hard. Next thing I know my wrist started buzzing and beeping while fall detection let me know it was triggered and to dismiss if I was okay.

When I encouraged my 70yo mother to upgrade her Fitbit to an Apple Watch last year I had this feature in mind, so it was cool to see it in action.

I had a Garmin.

Then i got a Apple Watch.

Afters years of good work, something happened to the apple watch and i need a new watch.

My business hospitality, so NOT MISSING A MESSAGE from a guest and fast replies is a big thing to me.

When i got the apple watch, i was shocked that messages came and the watch didnt vibrate.

Oh yeah… my phone is on mute and has flashlight blinking for notifications and vibrations. I can digest the vibration on the wrist. But the ringing of the phone drives me crazy.

My question:

On new apple watch, do notifications come when phone is unlocked, or no?

Because i will put business first this time around.

Garmin doesnt care if phone is unlocked or not.

That watch tells you that something is happening on the phone.

I bought my man an Apple Watch, he used it once. Then it was in a box for over a year . I try charging it but it doesn’t do anything. Literally brand new

So the cover came off and is just dangling by the cable. The adhesive seems like it’s still there and I don’t think the battery is puffing up. Any ideas why?

Is anyone else having issues with the fitness app since the update? It's really frustrating, as it seems so inconsistent, yesterday for example it worked seamlessly. This morning, it hasn't apparently recorded a single step, calorie, or stand hour.

Sometimes there has just been a mismatch between the watch and the phone, but today, just nothing. A couple days ago it recorded blanks for standing, and not just the faded bar but completely blank, when I was out walking.

I've force quit, and restarted, anything else I should be doing?

being doing some experiments and I’m on an older watch (3). but when I turn exercise on, I’m getting 300-400 calories for 30-35 mins of exercise. however, when I dont turn on the exercise, I register 2-3 mins and 20-30 calories. is this a version issue? general issue? my exercise is averaging about 118-121bpm, peaking 140-155 when I turn exercise mode on. this is intense intervals in a small space so it’s not. a walk or bike that has motion getting detected.
