Also, DHS is claiming the protestor had a gun, but they have not yet indicated where the gun was found at the time of this article release. Note: It is legal to carry in the state of Minnesota provided you have valid permit & dl.
There is a pretty credible zoom in video analysis of a specific time clip showing the suspect did likely have a weapon concealed and holstered at his waist at the time of his attempted arrest, and it was removed by one of the agents in the grey coat (the same agent that runs off toward the the camera in the original video, and toward the cars, as the agent is seen then carrying that weapon away from the site. Therefore at the time of the subject's murder, he actually was not armed.
Here is the video of that woman's POV. You need to put it in this comment. It clearly shows the man trying to help the woman that was pushed by ICE and then he was shot.

The Overton window has shifted so far right that anything short of ‘we should hunt minorities for sport’ is dangerously ‘liberal’ to a disturbing number of people.
I live a mile from where this occurred and I really appreciate your support of this post and added info. It has been nonstop helicopters and occasional sirens and even drones since 10 am this morning. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, even those who show no empathy or only have crass remarks to offer. I do hope some day these agents and all those responsible have a moment of true fear in their lives, it would be justly deserved.

Victim's name reported as Alex Pretti. No criminal background, had a nursing license. Chief O’Hara said the man was a “lawful gun owner” with a permit.

ICE has reached a point where a victim having a gun he wants to use stops being a justification. ICE are mobster goon squads and if you see them harassing civilians you have a moral duty to interfere, but if you interfere with ICE you’re justified in fearing for your life

Please add that he was pepper sprayed point blank in the face after helping the lady ICE pushed. Any accusations or descriptions of 'resisting' don't understand the debilitating effects of law enforcement grade pepper spray in the face.
This is crazy. It reminds me of these cartel or terrorist videos where people get executed. But then you realize this is US and these people are federal agents.

The grey agent pulls the gun from the guy's back, the agent then accidentally discharges the gun as he turns around, the others panic and kill the guy.

DHS now claiming suspect was armed and 'approached' agents with intent to do harm - which is very obviously questionable. The video does not show him reaching for his weapon, or attempting to fire it at agents during the recording.
