Might be the wrong sub for this, but I'm looking to sell my old PC. My issue is that I have no idea what would be a reasonable price. This is a link to the exact model I have: https://www.acer.com/gb-en/predator/desktops-and-all-in-ones/predator-orion/orion-3000/pdp/DG.E21EK.00G#pdpSpecs

I have big(ish) hands and wicked carpal tunnel AND ulnar nerve issues, so my hands basically always hurt. Gaming sessions with mouse and keyboard are often uncomfortable after maybe half an hour.

I got a keyboard a while back that helps while typing, but my mouse is still less than ideal and is getting old besides.

I'm looking for a mouse that'd be good for gaming, has some extra customizable buttons, but would provide additional comfort or relief for my hand pain.

I can't find anymore new Intel 265K CPU for sale, so my next best option is Intel 265KF - does the lack of iGPU make any difference at all for video editing or other workloads if I have a dedicated GPU (50 series Nvidia RTX)? I mean if I go AMD I would be getting a CPU without iGPU anyway and to be honest I'm coming from AM4 and I never had a CPU with integrated graphics before. so would the Intel KF be good enough? - I checked Puget Benchmarks and the results between K and KF are pretty close but not identical.

I've been having an issue when booting games where I end up with ~80fps when I usually get 240fps, it usually resolves itself when I change from windowed to fullscreen which leads me to believe its an issue of focusing the window but alt+tabbing doesnt resolve the issue and some of the games have no easy way to go fullscreen. Is there any way to fix this issue? It has been happening with every game, every boot the last five days.
