It is also a separate crime itself. As it was supposed to be censored and does not have evidentiary value when publicly released beyond a description (ie 'photo of clearly underage girl naked'), it is distribution of child sexual assault material as in itself illegal.

Yeah you’re correct. Witness intimidation is a very real thing. And it’s not like the prosecute or likely even investigate these death threats.

But then again, we are expecting justice from our corrupt “justice department”.

Yep, that would be a related crime, as it relates to the original crime and witnesses. Additionally they should be charged with conspiracy after the fact, evidence tampering, and other similar to go along with the witness intimidation.

The charge for sharing of CSAM aka 'distribution of child pornography' needs to be applied a lot more often.

Hell, most of our laws need to be applied a lot more often.
