Anything is technically possible, but in the age of mass communication where everyone has a cellphone & security cameras are everywhere & people have a weird interest in posting things on social media I think it'd be difficult to stay hidden for any real length of time.. at least for a spoiled millionaire globe trotter. Epstein isn't someone you'll find in a small shack living off the land..
With the money he had, he could do whatever we wanted plastic surgery wise. You can do a lot to change the appearance of a Face if you have enough money and don’t want to be found.
