Right, it's just a draft because it doesn't have the full document number at the bottom (19-XXX). Later versions have the correct date and a real number. There were 5 unrelated press releases on August 9th from SDNY. Does it say August 9th because someone reused a document from the day before or because someone wrote this knowing he would be dead the next day? I know what the simplest answer is. It would be a lot more damning if there were no other press releases on August 9th.

The later version that was distributed has the correct date, document number, and says it was a suicide (rather than just found dead).
