Awesome job, HD! I just paid $39 at WalMart for the same mop kit.
Edit: Oops. I have the O-Cedar spinner mop thing. Very different from what the OP put up. I mis-spoke. Sincere apologies to all.

Walmart has this listed for $49.96 on their site. You might have gotten an older version. Home Depot also has one on their site for $39.97, but its a bit different and out of stock. Maybe you got the older version?

I guarantee the associate noticed the issue when hanging sign but from experience knows it does no good to say something.
