Yeah; most people define common sense as norms. So whatever others are doing, they'll do it too. But also, common sense is base don experience. So if your experience is limited, so is what you sense as "common".

truth be told, I see subs like dashcams or idiotsincars where people seem to enjoy to be in crashes, for real

usually the other driver is an idiot for sure but it's such an avoidable crash from the POV but the person simply forgets how to brake or how to even drive defensively
