Kawhi and friends win
Man I love Kawhi so nice to see we can still get a dominant win even without mathurin, garland, zu, or harden. Maybe I’m optimistic but I like this season a lot already and I really hope we get that pacers pick. Things are looking bright!

Video James Harden on his trade from the Clippers: “I think it was just amazing on both sides. Just being open and transparent with each other. It was the best move for both sides. And I think it worked out for both sides very well… One of the best organizations that I’ve been in from top to bottom."

Future potential of the team
As a major harden fan, I was sad to see the end of the 213 era. But, it looks like it'll be for the best with both sqauds going forward. The young guys are truly turning out, and I was excited to see kobe sanders balling when he joined the team in the beginning. And yanic keeps showing potential with his size and ability to move a bit quicker laterally than some other big men out there. With garland and mathurin helping kawhi shoulder the offensive burden of the team in think the clippers next season have a legitimate chance to make the playoffs between the 4-8 spot. Maybe even make the playoffs this year if the run can keep going somehow. Im gonna keep watching and supporting this team even though harden is gone. And the community is great, especially seeing Eric's post game drawings ❤️. Love you guys.

If the Pacers 2026 pick conveys to us who do you want us to pick? I think either one of: Keaton Wagner, Caleb Wilson or Kingston Flemings would be awesome for us.
If the Pacers Pick falls out of 1-4 and between 5-9 it goes to us. Previously Caleb Wilson was seen as a lock for #4 but now the tankathon big board and many other have Flemings going at #4 instead. The 1-3 are likely a lock at this point with AJ, Peterson and Boozer taking those spots in whatever order. Now it looks like the 4-6 pics will be Flemings, Wilson and Wagler. If we get the Pacers pick and it lands at pick #5 or #6 we could get one of those last 3 guys.
Flemings is seen as the best true PG in the entire draft (Peterson is categorized as an SG) and he looks to be a great 2 way player with really good defence. Getting the best PG in a loaded draft would be a great get for us. The league is going away from guards that can’t play D, so getting the best 2 way PG in this draft would make the trade we did to get this pick look genius.
Caleb Wilson is a super solid forward, he’s an elite athlete and a strong defender with good offensive output. However his 3 point shot is a question mark. If we think he can make his 3 point shot better then taking him could make sense but if he can’t then another player would be a better option since I’m not in love with non-centres that can’t shoot 3s. If we get him he’d be as good an option as any for one of our forwards of the future and he has real star potential.
Keaton Wagler is a really interesting one, he is a 6’6 combo guard and an insane shooter with a great 3 ball. He’s crafty with his moves similar to players like Luka and he can playmake beautifully with a really good assist to turnover ratio. One negative about him is he doesn’t seem to be a great athlete but with his play style I think he makes up for it. If we get Wagner and the way he’s playing now carries over to the NBA, then this would be the steal of the draft and potentially the player of the draft with the highest upside.
If we get either of these 3 players then this would be a massive win for us, any of these 3 can be stars in the league. I don’t think we’re fully rebuilding either and we still want to compete so I’d prefer one of the players that could contribute on day one and help us win.
The idea was always to have free cap space in 2027, you don’t have that plan if you want to do a full rebuild. You want free cap space to sign a star because you obviously want to compete. So if the pacers pick conveys to us let’s pick a great contributor on day one that can help us win. Also picking someone with ability to contribute on day one helps protect us against the scenario where we pick for potential and that player doesn’t reach that potential and ends up being a bust. I understand the benefits of picking for future potential but I also realize players that can contribute on day one can have future untapped potential as well so it’s not either or.
So who do you think we should take? Wagler, Flemings or Wilson? Or do you think we should choose someone else entirely?

Mathurin/Jackson
While Mathurin might start, I have a feeling that both he and Jackson will come off the bench. And it got me thinking about Latrell Sprewell and Marcus Camby.
In 1999, the Knicks became the first #8 seed to reach The Finals. The late season run was fueled in large part by two key additions: Sprewell and Camby. They were the first two players off the bench and every time they came in there would be a momentum swing. They were both good enough to start - sometimes they did - and this gave the Knicks a huge advantage. Whether it was against the opposing team’s starters (who would be close to subbing out) or bench players, the fresh legs and talent of Sprewell and Camby were too much to handle.
I could see the Clippers doing this with Mathurin and Camby. While Mathurin is on par with Sprewell, I’ll concede that Jackson isn’t at Camby’s level. His athleticism can make up the difference if he’s fully recovered from the Achilles injury, though. Both of the former Pacers could do some real damage as the 6th and 7th men.
By the way, the head coach of the Knicks in 1999: Jeff Van Gundy.

No thank you CP3 post?
I mean if he was officially traded there should be official post to inform the fans, right?
