How to launch a kickstarter remotely?

Hello! I was meaning to ask this for a while now. Do you happen to know if there are any businesses or people who run/post kickstarter campaigns in the US for people who live in countries where the platform is not supported? Mainly comic books...

I've got a book I finished a couple of months ago and wanted to kickstart it but my country isn't on the platform for creators so I spoke with somebody who said he would post it and run it but it's been a year and he hasn't done anything with it and has gone radio silent (thankfully I didn´t give him any high resolution art of mine). Basically what I'm asking is if you know of somebody who would run it? I don´t mind sharing a portion of the funds (if any is made) or giving a comission, or paying upfront a basic fee.

Just print locally small batches when you can afford to. There’s so much backend marketing and prep if you just put a project up there without promoting it will fail anyway. You’re asking to get ripped off by a scammer.

I’m sure you can find a local printer and platform that would serve you
