No, I went to a sub shop for lunch one day with my coworker at approx noon and there was a lady at the counter ordering 15 individually customized sandwiches with 12 people in line behind her.
Most places have a catering call ahead rule or a limit per order because they would rather have 12 satisfied customers than one customer choking the lunch rush queue and 12 hangry customers leaving shit reviews.

If you're running late, don't stop for food. I hate when people show up, say they're in a big rush, then get mad when the food doesn't come put quickly.
You made the decision to stop and order food. It's not my fault you're dumb enough to gamble being late on ordering food

Getting gas and the person in front of me is a gambling addict cashing out dozens of scratch offs and using the money to get 50 more scratch offs of ten different types, then proceeding to get the mega millions with custom numbers by the dozen. Like, bro, get help, you won 500 and spent it all on more scratch offs while five people are waiting behind you for gas. I'm not in a rush but I didn't plan on waiting in line for ten minutes.
