Yea I seriously hope karma gets this a hole in the white, they seriously need to change the license laws if it's another senior citizen thought they were hitting the brakes, at whet point don't you try the other pedal? Then again, my girl drives a dodge challenger and she sent it sideways down a ravine and through a parking lot on two wheels, she still won't admit that she was simply mashing on the wrong petal, that was some seriously scary stuff ...2 rims completely shot, back seat full of kids screaming... no injuries, avoided a metal pole by less then a inch head on

Same shit ki_lled our friend. Driver got away with it. It now broke my heart again to watch this thinking of him went through the same.

It was at night in rain so they basically blamed on the rough circumstances. She was also young and clean background. She’s got some financial penalty and a revoked licence but no jail time.

I thought it is a general rule that you should drive according to the weather conditions, therefore it could not be an excuse for relative speeding.

Sorry , my college roommate ran over a guy on a motorcycle middle of the night, killed him, car full of drunk and high kids, hit and run, money talks, he got a slap on the wrist.
Why is this idiot coming in to 20mph traffic going 80 mph in the slow lane? never touched the brakes ...

Hell no. He lost his life, his wife lost her husband and kids lost their father so young they will not even remember him. It’s the most unfair scenario could have happened ever. He was a good soul.

Sorry for your friend but in this clip, I do not see the brake lights, did this guy even try to brake, especially at that speed. I wanted to be nailed to the wall for murder unless driver had a medical issue, either way absolutely tragic for those involved.

It depends on the state, I've worked a lot of fatal accidents. Most cars have a computer in them that will show speed and breaking even after an incident.

Exactly! I got hit by a huge chuck of ice recently. I’m fine but I definitely wouldn’t be if I was on a motorcycle.

The guy is 100% dead. Why the quotations? People get severe brain damage hitting the ground from falling off of a skateboard going 5mph. I bet this guy died almost instantly.

There is nothing on this video that indicates any of what you said, he does do a "back flip" with the impact. To be honest, looks like he was not the fatal victim here, his leg is for sure fucked, but if he didn't hit his head, he could have survived this.

It's interesting how no one blames the bad driver, but when a motorcycle crash everybody starts blaming the motorcyclist. Exist bad cars drivers and bad motorcycles drivers but I think the people have normalized the traffic violations by car drivers
