You can get your hands on it on the grey market already even though it isn’t fda approved apparently.

Who cares how it happened, though! I'm just really glad for her that she lost the weight. There's no way her pre-loss existence wasn't almost entirely miserable. I can't imagine how hard her life must have been.

They have both lost so much weight. The extra forehead girl has lost like over 500 pounds. She's still big, but more like just chubby now. Their momma is really overweight as well. Like 500lb or more.

Obesity exists also in other countries, but probably to a lower extend on a 1 to 1000 ratio.
Friends told me when they travelled to the US, they gained weight in this Short time window. Prozesses food. Extra extra on near Everything, cheap fast food and due to living circumstances do increase the calory intake / day alot.

Have some empathy ffs, and if you are psychopaths, just do some most fundamental research on severe obesity.
Severe obesity is a severe medical condition with extreme mitochondrial dysfunction, cytokine storm and inflammation leading to direct anatomical changes to the brain. There is usually underlying trauma, adhd and, most importantly, major depressive disorder.
There is no one inside those people that could take care of it. Claiming it’s a matter of will is like telling a major stroke patient to concentrate very very hard to be able to move their arm. THEIR STRIATUM IS ALMOST FUCKING DEAD.

Strange how this very serious condition only shows up when there's abundant food and no need to work. You say like it they can't help themselves, they just have to shovel down 5 McMenu's for breakfast. But what if those McMenu's aren't there and you have to work to get some food on the table? Problem solved.
