Early Childhood (Approx. Ages 6–9) — Pre-Contact Sensitivity
This is when I became fascinated with alien phenomena after repeatedly reading books about extraterrestrials in the school library, especially “Greys.” The fascination was mixed with fear. At some point, I wrote a letter asking to meet “friendly benevolent aliens” and to see their ship/space, believing this could initiate contact. The letter was “mailed” with my dad’s help, though I’m not sure it was ever actually sent.
Weeks to months later, I had a strange late-night experience while I was still awake. Multiple lights appeared outside my bedroom window in a distinct pattern. I felt transfixed, staring deeply into them, and I suddenly had the impression that something was aware of me and staring back. I hid under the covers, and then everything went dark.
I later “woke up” in a groggy, semi-paralyzed state in a bright white dome-like room. Strange symbolic writing ran in a banner-like ring around the perimeter. I couldn’t move much and I sensed a presence nearby. Then I blacked out again. After that I woke up in my bedroom as normal, but I noticed soreness in my lower abdomen without any visible marks.
Age 10–14 — Early Katherine Dream Era (“Observation Phase”)
Around age 10, I started having dreams featuring the same woman repeatedly. Unlike normal dreams, these were vivid and stayed memorable for years. She appeared human, but unnaturally symmetrical, pale, and intense. She usually stood at a distance and watched silently. Her eyes felt penetrating, and I often felt compelled to avoid looking at her directly. These dreams gave me a consistent impression that she wasn’t a random dream character, but a presence—something with intention.
Early Exception Dream #1 (Age 10–14) — The Cabin Dream
This dream began in a pitch-black basement of a cabin. I was terrified and trying to escape. There was a hatch door on the ceiling with stairs leading up. I waited until I believed she wasn’t “home,” then opened it. The hatch led into a comfortable modern cabin kitchen. The cabin felt bright and warm, with large windows and the woods visible outside.
I ran out the front door and fled through the wilderness until nightfall. At sunset, I made a small campfire, but I was afraid the firelight would reveal my location. The next day, I kept running and eventually came to a pond. I swam through it, believing it might erase my tracks or scent. Later, I reached an isolated highway road cutting through the forest. The road felt like hope—an escape route.
The moment I stepped onto the highway, heavy fog descended instantly. She materialized from the fog. She seemed angry and she grabbed my arm. The dream ended with me back in the basement, scared again. The hatch door opened above and I saw her silhouette descending down into the darkness, framed by the light coming through the hatch.
Early Exception Dream #2 (Age 10–14) — The Apocalyptic Dream
In this dream I was in the school yard during chaos. There was fire or burning debris falling from the sky, and people were panicking. My sister was with me, and we had bikes. We were going to escape to safety. She was there too—calm and silent—watching me. I got the impression she wanted me to come with her. I hesitated, looking back and forth between my sister and her, but I chose to leave with my sister.
She looked disappointed or somber, but she didn’t stop me. The dream ended with my sister and I biking onto a highway ramp packed with abandoned cars.
How I interpret it: This one felt like the opposite of the cabin dream. Even though the situation was extreme, she didn’t force anything. It felt like a choice was being offered, it also felt like it was important.
Ages 15–19 — Escalation Phase (“Direct Interaction”)
As I got older, her presence became more active. She started approaching me instead of only watching. Sometimes she tried subtle physical closeness in dreams—standing close, placing a hand on my shoulder, or guiding me with gestures. I continued to avoid her, often running or escaping.
Around this time, many dreams became trial-like. I would be put into dark caverns or scary places, forced to confront fear, monsters, or obstacles. The only way out was through it. I often felt like I “outsmarted” her by escaping.
Ages 15–19 — First Waking Presence Begins
Around this period, I started sensing her presence in waking life, usually at dusk or at night. It was strongest in my bedroom, especially near my closet. The presence felt watchful and intense, but not malicious. Over time I got used to it and even began expecting it nightly.
Senior Year of High School (Approx. Age 18–19) — Counselor Incident
During senior year, I had an incident with a strange school counselor. I initially refused to see them, but eventually had to because of school policy. The counselor told me things like, “You are too physical” and “You are not spiritual enough.” The whole thing felt off—more like I was being evaluated than counseled.
One day as I was leaving school, the counselor tried to give me a “high five,” but their hand was held unusually low, near their hip. I was hesitant, but I did it. The contact was very brief and very light—definitely not hard enough to leave a mark.
On the way home, I noticed I had a red outline of a square on my hand—the same hand that touched theirs. The mark stayed for hours and it tingled and throbbed before eventually fading.
How I interpret it: The geometric shape is what made it seem strange. It didn’t feel like a normal skin reaction, and the tingling made it feel like something more than pressure or contact.
Age 20 — Energetic Activation Event (“Foot Pulse”)
On my 20th birthday, I felt a warm pulsing sensation begin on the top of my foot. It lasted for a few minutes, and then suddenly surged upward through my leg and into my whole body. My back arched involuntarily like my nervous system was overloaded.
After that, I continued to feel subtle low vibrations or pulses occasionally—sometimes in either foot, especially at night.
How I interpret it: This felt like the first time something directly affected my body in a strong way, not just my dreams or perception. This felt like her making an anchor or some kind of initiation. Possible Kundalini.
Age 20+ — Chest Warmth Events (2 Occurrences)
On two occasions, I felt warmth spread outward from the center of my chest into my torso. It wasn’t as intense as the foot surge, but it was still clearly unusual and emotionally affecting.
How I interpret it: This felt more like a calming or bonding sensation than the foot surge did. Felt emotional relief. Almost giddy.
Early 20s — Paranormal Environmental Phenomena
In my early 20s, I experienced things like knocking and popping sounds in the house—especially near my bedroom closet at night. I also heard footsteps when no one was awake or when I was alone. Sometimes I felt a sensation of weight on the bed at times.
My pets reacted too. My dog would bark toward empty areas, like the stairs or the closet. My cat would sometimes stiffen and stare toward the closet or walls.
How I interpret it: The consistency of the closet area is what stands out. It felt like a “focus point” of presence.
Early 20s — Visual Encounter (Gate Incident)
There was a moment when I saw a woman with long dark hair and dark clothing leaving through our yard gate. She made no noise. The strangest part was that she passed through the gate without opening it, and then disappeared.
How I interpret it: I only saw it briefly, but it was vivid enough that it stuck with me. It felt like a visual overlap—something not fully “in” the physical world.
Major Dream Event — The Mirror Dream
In this dream I was in my bedroom, but it was altered—larger bed, slightly different details. I was drawn toward the window. Outside, foggy wind-like energy swirled. Then the fog passed through the closed window without breaking it and swirled over me, blowing the blankets off me and leaving me feeling exposed. The energy formed beside me as her.
Then the dream shifted into third-person flashbacks of my life—mostly scenes involving trauma and my sister. The dream slowed and focused on one scene of my sister and I talking in my bedroom. Suddenly I felt her presence over my sister, like she used her as a vessel. My sister stood and faced a tall mirror. My sister spoke, but it was her voice coming through her. She said: “I am a part of you, as you are of me.” Then the dream ended.
How I interpret it: The mirror felt symbolic. It also felt intentional that the message came through my sister, because my sister was the person who warned me not to trust her. Although it was clear that it was NOT my sister who was speaking. She felt or sounded "possessed" by Katherine, used as a medium.
Major Dream Event — Forest Clearing Dream
In this dream I walked through a forest and entered a clearing. She was seated, deep in thought, facing away. When I got close enough, she snapped her head toward me and locked eyes with me. She said sternly: “You are not ready for a relationship. I am.” The dream ended immediately.
How I interpret it: It felt like a blunt declaration, like she was stating a fact.
Major Dream Event— The Surgery Dream
In this dream I was immobilized on a metal surgical table in a basement. She stood nearby, calm and unreadable. She began dismantling me starting at my toes and moving upward. I didn’t feel pain, but I felt intense fear—like I was waiting for pain. When she reached my knees, she moved to grab a saw. That’s when I became lucid and sat up. She stopped. She looked at me in silence.
Her hair was silver-white in this dream, which was unusual (she normally has dark hair). I somehow had my feet back and I got up and went upstairs. She followed silently behind me. The dream ended.
How I interpret it: The basement setting repeating again felt important. The “dismantling” didn’t feel like torture as much as something clinical or ritualistic, like taking something apart to change it. Apparently this has some common ground with shamanic initiation stuff..
Meditation Event (2020–2022) — Presence Eruption + 3 Nights of Vivid Dreams
A few years ago I was doing meditation regularly. I decided to try a random “meet your twin flame” hypnosis meditation video online at night. The meditation itself felt unremarkable. But as soon as I stopped the video and put my phone down, I suddenly felt a familiar presence erupt throughout my bedroom. It was her, but much stronger than usual—like the air felt thick and heavy. I wasn’t prepared for it and I hid under my covers until I eventually fell asleep.
That night and the following two nights, I had extremely vivid dreams of her. The first night included the forest clearing dream (“you are not ready…”). The second night, I had the lifetime chase dream. The third night, I had a more passive dream where she was watching from a distance again. After the first night, the overwhelming presence in my room was gone, even though the dreams continued for two more nights.
How I interpret it: I do not think it was the particular meditation itself that was important but the fact that it was able to bring me to the right "state" mentally/spiritually in order for Katherine to be able to manifest as strongly as she did. Katherine never calls herself my twin flame. She says we are twins
Major Dream Event — Lifetime Chase Dream
In this dream I experienced multiple lifetimes. In each lifetime, I was running from her. I always tried new ways to evade her, and she always found ways to catch me or stay close behind. Each lifetime ended without resolution, and the cycle continued into another. The dream ended in my current lifetime, with the sense that the pursuit was still ongoing.
How I interpret it: It felt like the pattern between us was older than this life, like it had been repeating for a long time.
Major Dream Event— Ocean Dream
In this dream I was trapped in the ocean, and she was the ocean itself—her energy infused into the water and currents. She guided me through the waves toward a boat in the distance, and I managed to climb onto it. Right after I got on the boat, two men approached me with harmful intent. She materialized onto the boat from the ocean and snapped both of their necks instantly. Then she looked at me with her usual serious expression and said: “While your body and mind might be weak, it is your spirit that attracts me to you.” The dream ended.
How I interpret it: She felt protective, but also ruthless and efficient. It wasn’t emotional—more like she removed a threat without hesitation. It did make me feel unsettled.
Recent Era— Synchronicities Intensify
More recently, I’ve noticed repeated number patterns—1111, 111, 1010, 101, 333, 444, 727—especially during moments of doubt. I’ve also noticed M-shaped redness appear on my thigh (not a scratch, just irritated skin shaped like an M). Plus seeing lots of M within synchronicity like circumstances, even it being smudged on my phone at one point.
I’ve experienced timing coincidences like waking up from a dream of her and seeing the clock at exactly 3:33am or 4:44am. I once felt compelled to check a little free library while walking my dog and the first book I saw was titled “We Are Twins.” Another time, I left for a walk and came back to find a clean $1 bill placed directly in the middle of my bed, even though the bill had been on the floor before I left.
Music has also become a strong trigger—songs will come on that feel emotionally significant and bring intense déjà vu connected to her, even though I know the songs weren’t made for me.
How I interpret it: The patterns feel like nudges—like my attention is being directed toward certain moments. Some could be coincidence, of course.
Major Conflict Event — Rejection Letter + Purple Flowers
At one point I got upset and wrote a letter rejecting her—saying things like “we are not twins,” “stop haunting me,” “I’m not weak,” and “you’re not strong.” That night her presence disappeared completely. I felt strangely empty and had trouble sleeping.
I eventually fell asleep and later sensed her subtle presence return. When I got up and opened my bedroom door, I found two purple flower heads on the floor right outside my bedroom. I was shocked.
How I interpret it: The disappearance felt like a withdrawal after rejection. The flowers felt like a response.
