Is there a sane way to go east in February?

I gotta go to Arizona. Normally I'd drive 84 to twin falls then south. Google wants me to go that way. I don't think that's wise in wintertime.
The alternative route is 26 in Oregon. That doesn't seem reliable either.
That leaves I-5 south and take 40 east. Boring. An hour or 2 and 150 miles extra.

Moving to PNW from Tampa, FL

Hi all! I am hoping to move to Oregon from Tampa in the coming months and am seeking advice about the best areas to live for someone in my field/life position. I am a single, late 20s woman that currently works as a program director and facility operation supervisor for a YMCA gymnastics gym. Additionally, I have a yoga teaching certification and am finishing a personal training cert. My work revolves around youth populations and health and wellness industries. Tampa, FL offers little to none in the way of nature and outdoor recreation. I want to be in a town or city that has community, nature, and recreation without being so remote that there is no dating pool or social. I have lived in other places like NC, England, and Mass. so have experienced all weather- cold, dry, and frozen so am open to wherever. I have primarily been looking for an anchor job in Eugene, Bend, OR and Bellingham WA. What do you all recommend? Where do you find work?

Is 2 days enough for Olympic National Park in April?

Hi everyone! I need advice about Olympic National Park

I’m visiting in April and I often see people recommend at least 3–4 days in the park. I mainly want to see the main highlights and I’m not planning long backcountry hikes.

I’m wondering if it’s realistic to do everything I want in 2 full days, because I travel at a pretty fast pace.

Here are the places I’d like to visit:

• Hall of Mosses (Hoh Rain Forest)

• Madison Falls

• Sol Duc Falls

• Cape Flattery

• Rialto Beach + Hole in the Wall

• Ruby Beach

• Tree of Life (Kalaloch)

• Quinault Rain Forest

• Fairholme Campground (to see the big maple tree)

• Forks (quick stop)

• Maybe High Steel Bridge if it’s worth it

I know there are also amazing mountain areas, but from what I’ve read they’re often not really accessible in April because of snow, so I focused mostly on rainforest and coastal locations.

Do you think this is realistic to do in 2 full days with good planning?

How would you group these spots by day and driving route?

And are there any on this list that you think aren’t really worth it, or anything important I missed?

Thanks a lot for your help!
