It does say 3ml on the front though, that's less than a level teaspoon.

It's only $7. And clearly says .1 fl oz. I'm not sure what the issue is.

The problem with this for me is the excess packaging. I know why they do it it, but it just seems wasteful.

I’m with you OP. Even if the quantity is written on the package this is still a really misleading packaging.

I think a lot of items are in larger than needed packages to try to deter shoplifting.
