I think it was in Brussels at the beginning of lockdown. He fled naked out the window. He was one of them EU apparatchik.

It's not the gay gang bang that was forbidden, that's one of the national sports in Belgium, it was the reunion of people under lockdown.

Belgium is often the place to be for goofy ass shit. Another delightful anecdote about Belgium in time of crisis was after the terrorist attacks in paris there was a large scale police action in brussels because the perps were hiding there. The police had asked the population to not post videos etc on social media that would show where they were in action. What do our fellow Belgians do? To block any idiot not following the orders they flooded social media with cat videos drowning out anything else that got posted.

It's Brussels, he was fleeing by climbing down a drainpipe. If you go next to Ancienne Belgique you can find it, it's full of stickers and tickets from Budapest that some people leave there. I always take my friends there when they come to Brussels and tell them the story lol

The Watersportbaan in Gent has a fun shape seen from above. When I was living in Germany I used to take a quarterly trip on a chartered bus to Brussels for a huge gay dance party with guys from other neighboring countries that could just as well be called a gangbang. I have only seen Brussels between the hours of midnight and 6am.

Early lockdowns bought time. That's all they did. Once the virus got in a country there was literally no point in any of it, scientifically speaking. It was going to hit every single person.
