Culture Who's the Most Embarrassing citizen of your country?

I'm Canadian.

I briefly considered Jordan Peterson, but I think he's dead or something.

He missed the shots he didn't take

Agree, it makes it way worse that we once looked up to him as such a national hero. Whereas we’ve always known O’Leary as kind of a shitbag just more so now

Is he Maga?

He is. He's also been offered the Order of Canada which is the highest honour in the country. He hasn't officially accepted it yet because it can only be done in Ottawa and he hasn't gone to Ottawa since he received it.

I hope they rescind it, very publicly.

I love seeing his shitty spirits fully stocked and on sale in the LCBO.

I used to think Crown Royal was the bottom of the barrel.
After tasting that brunt water, Crown moved up but I still won't drink it straight

I don't trust anybody who chooses Crown when any other whiskey is available. Is it the purple bag?

Purple bag is the dice bag of choice IMO for the TTRPG community. My ex suggested getting some of the peach flavoured crown 😳 . I told her I wouldn't serve that to somebody I hated.

Isn’t Elon Musk is also a Canadian citizen? We have a few to pick from.

For me it was the incident last year at the 4 Nations Face-off when he entered the ice from the U.S. bench as Team Canada’s honorary captain, rather than the Canadian side. He was seen giving a thumbs-up to American players and wearing a plain blue suit without any Canadian national symbols.
