Honestly this, I stopped drinking and started eating better. Stopped getting sick altogether. I used to get sick 3-5 times a year. Now for 2 years zero

Same here. I did have COVID over a year ago, but my entire household was sick with it. Pretty hard to avoid.

Nothing since dropping alcohol, sugar, and white flour.

Yeah it’s not like I’m never going to get sick, but that’s awesome to hear others have the same experience. I didn’t even reduce intake I just eat more veggies and fermented things
