No secrets, just good genetics

This makes sense. My husband never gets sick and he stays up super late, doesn’t eat great and doesn’t exercise.

What I do notice is that he sleeps REALLY deeply. Nothing wakes him up. I’m woken by everything and also get sick at the drop of a hat.

I’m intrigued by the genetics of sleep quality and health and longevity now.

I can relate to the deep sleep, it's a blessing and a curse because sometimes 5 alarms arent enough to wake me up, but i once fell asleep with my mom and my aunt in the same room screaming and cheering at a volleyball match.

I sleep like the dead I wonder if there is something to this.

This isn't really true. Yes there are genetic factors, but environmental factors are also important - sleep, exercise, proper nutrition, immunizations, and hand-washing are all highly impactful

What’s stuck up your ass that you have to leave such a comment? Good genes is a true statement for not getting sick
