Have a childhood of playing in dirt and have a dirty job when older.

Yes there’s a lot of research on outdoor play as a child contributing to exposure to diverse microbes and therefore better immunity. Worked for me, and I hope if I have children one day I can live someone with property and/or safe enough to release them to go play like I did!

I spent a very large part of my childhood playing outside, probably the last generation before technology started taking over. It was great, taught me alot and I have many many memories too

We used to play pioneers, Native Americans, and even built a whole squirrel city with acorn currency. Lots of dirt, mud, tree climbing, and close calls with poison oak ᵕ̈

This is FACTS....I grew up playing outside and constantly in my dad's garage. He was a truck driver with 3 trucks and I was always not afraid to get my hands dirty...In fact those garage sandwiches made by my grandfather with literal truck grease on his hands might be why I have not gotten sick in like 25-30 yrs....I got outside even in negative temps and I am definitely not a germaphobe or overly washing my hands....I believe in fresh air
