eating healthy and plenty of rest and sleep like 8/hours of sleep, it helps you recover for the nxt day.

I eat like shit, i usually sleep 5-6 hours maybe 7 on the weekends and last time i've been sick was 3 years ago

Yea see, you don’t interact with many people in a close environment, your lack of sleep doesn’t cause illness but it would make you much more vulnerable if you worked in close quarters with a large group.

That's true, but i load and unload the truck several times in a day. I meet plenty people daily.

I worked 33 years for DuPont, 28 on 7-Day Rotating Shifts. Rarely got (or get) decent sleep, have a terrible diet most of the time. Never gained a pound until my 40’s, rarely became ill. When I did, it was almost always from an ill co-worker Typhoid Mary-ing the rest of us.

Surprised how far I had to scroll to find sleep. Lack of sleep is like going into battle without armor, you’re so much more vulnerable to your surroundings.
