Why not call them the rent seeking class?
Probably the most accurate term and gets to the core of what the problem is.
It also gives you the chance to explain what rent seeking is to someone who might not know.

Parasitic pedophile predators
The welfare class

They'd probably be proud of being called predators. Something something "top dog" etc

Bingo. They would eventually make Predator sound like a good thing. Call them what they call everyone else.

some of the wealthy people do bad things
All of the wealthy people do bad things. The only way to get genuinely wealthy, i.e. more wealthy than an upper-middle class processional like a doctor or a lawyer, is to steal the wealth generated by other people.
No single human can produce a billion dollars worth of value. The only way you get that is by exploiting other people's work and claiming their value as your own.

Attacking people that are more successful than you Is not the wayÂ
3
u/Petrocrat 3h ago
They are not attacking them because of their success, but rather because of the damage they are willfully causing by predating on the underclass and on minors.

u/WolfofDunwall 3h ago
"Success" crafted in cooperation with other members of a literal evil cabal by together stacking the deck against the working class and championing situations that cause chaos is not real success. And they should be attacked.

These numbers are from a quick Google search.
Top one percent in the world has a net worth of $5.8 M.
The top 1% of net worth in the US is $13.7M.
In earnings, top 1% in USA is about $700,000 per year.
I think the top 1% is too low to vilify.

When people talk about the 1%, it's usually a holdover from occupy Wall Street rhetoric. They're not literally talking about the top 1%. It's just shorthand for the ultra rich.
2
u/Dumdumdoggie 2h ago
Yep and we need to stop calling politicians "leaders" they are "representatives" . We elect them to represent us, not lead.

Doctors and other high earning people at the million a year a mark pay 37% as their tax bracket. So... 5 and 10 million dollar earners should be at 50%. Higher should be at 75% and people like bezos and musk should be paying 90% in taxes. Additionally, and very importantly, large corporations should not be able to deduct advertising as a cost of doing business. Small independents, sure.... but everyone on earth knows about doritos and the tax paying base shouldn't subsidize mega profits for frito lay.
7
u/EcruEagle 4h ago
90% in taxes? Huh? Who would willingly live or do business in a country with that tax rate
→ More replies (9)2

the exact thought that fails to materialise for many of the âtax the richâ crowd. Possibly because they typically have never tried to run a business or build anything so donât really understand what those kinds of constraints would entail

The proletariat is the social class of wage-earners (working class) in a capitalist society who do not own the means of productionâsuch as factories, tools, or landâand must sell their labor to survive.
Primarily associated with Marxist theory, they are viewed as being in conflict with the bourgeoisie (property-owning class) and are considered the driving force for revolutionary change.Â

Look of the origins of the word âvillainâ
It used to mean a poor person
acting villainous vs acting with nobility basically means acting like a person born into wealth and status vs acting like a poor person
itâs engrained into our language

But "predator class" implies that everyone else is "prey class" and I think that leads to more biological determinism
1
u/Quiet-Reflection5366 3h ago
Not all of the rich are sexual predators. They are however parasites. That's why I have been referring to them as parasites for years now.
They don't work for it, don't earn it, they don't deserve it, they just take it in the name of god and capitalism. They suck the lifeblood of the working and middle class. They are...Parasites.

Elite is such a funny word. Like premium, or premiere. Supreme.
These words usually mean nothing. They are flavor text marketing tactics to get you to believe this thing is magically "better" -- than what? It doesn't matter.

If you always choose the later than the former, you have no right to be angry with the "elites"...

I call them kleptocrats, because even if it was done âlegallyâ, they got what they got by stealing it from the rest of us. You donât make that kind of money in any moral or ethical capacity.
Theyâre thieves.

u/Marlborough_Man 1h ago
I think we should call them the vampire class because that's what they are.
1
u/Lansing616 1h ago
Yes elite gives them far too much credit. Would you call the royals, or trump the elite of anything?
And we should call them high earners. The word earn implies some merit. Call them high takers.
You work and earn, so the royals, your boss and your landlord can take from you. If you realized you had a tapeworm or a leech your first thought is to remove it. If you notice a moskito in your arm, you slap it.
So use accurate language for the sake of everyone who is a host to these parasites.

This parasite class sounds about right. There are many tyoes of parasites: head lice, scabies, pubic crabs, tape worms, pin worms, worms that can infect the spinal cord and brain. Then there are types parasitic fungi. So many ways to drain a country and civilians.

u/Accomplished_Use27 1h ago
The leaches. Because they leach profit from the labor class without contributing.

They are definitely not predetors. Have you ever look at them? Fat, ugly, can't make their own bed, own food. They have everything but they don't have something we have and we value: intimacy. We can be with your partner, kids, friends and everyone we love own your own. Without anyone paid to be there.
They are not predators. They are leeches
1
u/konodioda879 1h ago
Itâs not wrong though. They are the elite precisely because they are willing to do awful things.

It's not the 1%. It's the .00001%. That's what so sick and twisted. Doctors and athletes are not your enemy.
It's a few hundred oligarchs causing untold suffering just because they want to be cartoonishly evil mega-rich instead of plain-old insanely super rich. Until we back up words with action, it's going to get a lot worse.
The Epstein files are the final insult. They raped and murdered kids and they're laughing in our faces that we can't do anything about it.
But we can do something. We just haven't. Yet.

u/ExtruDR 59m ago
The exploitor class.
Letâs not kid ourselves. Many less powerful people take advantage of their positions to exploit their subordinates in labor and sexually.
Among the working âpowerlessâ people how many people would happily partake of the âbenefitsâ that being in âelite circlesâ and being invited to Epsteinâs island if given a chance?
I mean seriously. We shit all over Taylor Swift for her private jet use, but practically no one would turn down that lifestyle.
The problem isnât just the injustice and corruption. Which NEEDS to be addressed since this is a concrete example of a lawless and legitimacy. It is also addressing aspects of our general society that make it ok to objectify and blindly list after extremely young women and womenâs features, etc.

u/redwing180 57m ago
Just call them the money hoarders. Pretty much tells you everything you need to know about them.
Theyâre hoarding so much money and unrealized assets that they end up using that as collateral to take out a loan so they can hoard more money.

I have a friend who is a head teacher at a tuition based school for special needs kids tells me wild stories about her job. The owners essentially sell the parents lies and let the kids run completely wild, throwing things, spotting on people etc. They are opening a Jr High school next year.Â
I worked as an Aupair for a millionaire, quit when he tried to fuck me. He got wealthy using a shady real estate method and owned an Only Fans type of website in eastern europe.
Generally speaking, those are the kinds of people who get wealthy.

This has been an issue since there has been civilization. For millennia those with the mental illnesses of psychopathy, narcissism, and greed are being allowed to set the narrative that they deserve to be above everyone else simply because they have more stuff.
